The practice of Yoga, the meditative dance, flowing through each pose, like calming waters, strengthening, elongating and energising the body. ![]() I believe in every miraculous breathing technique, filling our bodies with goodness and energy, calming the mind, ridding us of stress and anxieties. I’m in love every day on my mat, teaching my classes, or in my solitary practice. The girl who turns heads, she is still in there. I want to help all women discover their inner Goddess. Somewhere along the way it has slipped for many of us, we find ourselves in a void, a place of uncertainty: We were born to be worshipped each and every one of us, in our own way, a walking miracle of nature.īringer of abundance, every sort of abundance, joyful, sexual, comforting, supportive and let’s not forget we are also capable of being providers.
